Not many, but two more appeared at CES. Here are the ones I know of:Audio Research MP1
Conrad Johnson MET-1
McCormack MAP-1
McIntosh C45
Arcam FMJ C30+5 channel plug in module
Audio Refinement Pre5 (now discontinued)
Parasound P7 (new)
Saxon Audio C700 (new)In addition, two pro audio manufacturers have surround preamps, Meitner and Grace.
The Audio Research, Conrad-Johnson, Meitner, and Grace are the most expensive at $6000-10,000. The new Parasound and Saxon preamps are the most affordable, with list prices from $1500-$2000. The others are in-between.
