Fair $ for Marantz SA8260 repairs?

Dear Fellow Inmates:

I am wondering what your educated thoughts on the following repair quote for my SA8260 I received from Service Wide Technologies (an authorized repair center for Marantz products):

"unit needs the optical drive replaced and the servo board needs to be repaired. Parts and labor are quoted at $225.00 plus $40 for S/H."

I am the original owner of the unit and it is at this time far out-of-warranty. I am confident that SWT is qualified to do the neeeded repairs. I am just wondering what you techies think of the price for the noted repairs and if there are any other less expensive options in terms of qualified persons/companies for these repairs.
