is Abravanel with Utah Symphony, a DSD remaster of 1974 Vanguard analog recording. I wish Vanguard re-issued on SACD the whole Abravanel cycle, not just this one. The qualty of Vanguard 70s tapes is superb, no tape hiss that mars end-of-50s RCA masters.It is a double CD coupled with excellent Berlioz Requiem recorded in Mormon Tabernacle (what ambience!). A tenor in Sanctus is like nothing I've ever heard.
