how can I reset a Philips DVD963SA back to factory setting

I sould a unit to a gentlemen that is having problems getting the upsampling to work... I know it worked when i sent it and I know through the menu I had turned it off...

Is there a way to reset the unit to factory defaults (i.s ctrl, alt, del)?
