What a great article. I find it comforting to know that others have this same conspicuously obvious idea. I would not want to usurp the bicycle tire pumps to my self esteem that could be usurped by pretending that I and I alone thought of it. Thank you for sharing it with us.
But we are all saddened that the commercially successful is always the most spectacularly medeocre. Under the fascism of totalitarian democracy you have to be an artistic failure in order to be a commercial success.
