No.

If it is a full-scale 100 kHz sine wave, it would be recognizable, but there would be a lot of noise.

In the real world there would never be anything even close to full scale content from a musical instrument at 100 kHz. So SACD's claims of response "up to" 100 kHz is very misleading.
