It appears that, on small labels for classical and jazz music, SACDs continue to be released at a steady pace.
It also appears that large volume manufacturers (like Marantz/Phillips) and small volume manufacturers (like Wadia) are continuing to build SACD players at various price points.
Who knows maybe the big boys in the music industry will wake up one day and figure out that they, too, can sell SACDs, especially if the high-volume pop market for CDs continues to shrink.
DVD-A, however, seems to be "sleeping with the fishes."
