both the stereo and the surround mix are well-done (5.1 mix is pretty conservative, which is probably good considering the style of music). Unfortunately, I don't think the master tapes they used were of the highest quality--there's some distortion on Sam's voice at times, which seems to be the result of a hot mic--but it's a fantastic set, and really catches Cooke at his prime. I have all of the Cooke sacds, and "Live at the Copa" gets played much more frequently than the others.
