The Kubelik recording on Audite is fine. I have an LP of one of the "great" performances of Schubert's Great C Major conducted by Furtwangler, and if you like arbitrary distortions that are more about the conductor than the music, he's your man. I pass. I feel the same way about his Beethoven.
