Unless you have M. Framer turntable setup you'll loose your bet.I listen to analog too I have an SME 20 w/ SMEV tonearm and a lyra Titan cartridge and on some occasion the my Meitner or Accuphase 78 sounds better.So if you haven't heard the new generation digital players don't make a generalization.That was true 10 yrs ago
