Chesky SACD

Fellow Inmates:

Following the example of Sony (with its SACD reissues of classic Epic/Columbia titles--Szell, Walter, et. al.) and BMG (with its highly successful Living Stereo SACD reissues), Chesky could really do us all a favor by reissuing some of its analog treasures on SACD. After all, Chesky's reputation was largely established on the basis of terrific remasterings of those legendary Reader's Digest recordings. Imagine some of those performances rendered in pure DSD/SACD format: Earl Wild's Rachmaninoff concerto cycle, the Horenstein Brahms and Dvorak albums, the Fritz Reiner Brahms 4th (which Reiner described as "the most beautiful record I've ever made"), and the legendary Barbirolli Sibelius 2nd--the list could go on and on. Does anyone know if Chesky has any such plans in the works? Do you suppose an email campaign might help persuade them? What do you think?
