It actually does have the ability to take the speaker level inputs which is what I think I'm going to do.....that will allow me to keep using the bypass. The minor down side to it, is unlike the rel, you can't also run a line level connection, so to deal with bass for home theater stuff you have to tell the attraction there is no sub and just have it send the .1 channel to the front left and right speakers. It's not really that big a deal ,I think because I'm not that much of a nut about getting every last bit of sound from movies and I'm assuming I'll still get some good bass when needed their. Plus I'm getting the "benefit" of getting by with pretty nice 2 channel sound from the attraction without adding a seperate pre-amp.
