I see quite a few references to the BMG version, which I have. I too, hate this version..Somewhere, maybe Ebay, I picked up a Classic compact disc version and imho, it's wonderful. All the songs are there, good depth of stage and so forth. I suppose it went hand in hand with the LP version, dunno..

sgh, my concern is the same echo as what you stated. If so, it's probably no better than the Classic version.
Long story. This was a favorite of my fathers who died a young man...I've never been able to put this one away. IMHO, I think it's probably the best live performance ever put to a recording medium..
