music.The CDs and SACDs are there as loss leaders to get people into the stores so that they can look around and hopefully buy something more expensive (with a much higher profit margin) like a TV or digital camera.
BB in my area always has a bunch of whatever SACD is released on a particular day. After they are sold out (and that happens suprisingly quickly) they may get new stock (i.e. Elton John, Pink Floyd) or they may not (Eric Clapton). By the way, I have never seen a MLP or RCA SACD and the SACD "section" is about twice the size of the DVD-A section (of which there is a fine stock of whatever has not been sold in the last two years- I don't think its ever been replenished.)
Basically, BB could care less about SACD -and CD for that matter. There is no real money in it for the company.
