I have the Trivista (and 18 months without a problem...hope my good fortune continues) and I've gotten much better service (ordered a spare set of tubes and got them in less than a week) -- but I'm in London (and working with Walrus Systems). You might try contacting MF directly to see if this is something else going on because I can't imagine they'd worry about the shipping costs...we are talking about a very large and successful operation and shipping a drive mechanism would be rather trivial.I'd suggest following it in some more direct fashion.
