regardless of the time, when they tell a customer to wait an extra 15 days beyond the origional day that it was suppossed to have arrived, then have the nerve, after emailing them at the "new" extended date, that I should wait another 15 days is inexcuseable. Free shipping is not worth "zero" customer service, and especially over a months wait.
I will use the other online sales sites, and give more of my bussiness to local stores. I care what I get for my $, and I expect at least a certain amount of reliability and accountability, I order at least 1 or 2 SACD's a week, not counting what I buy in record stores.Richard
