T-1 is a 600 ohm headphone, so you can cross some cheap amps and most portable amps of of your list. The best thing to do before buying any amp is to contact the manufacturer for recommendations.
Either the Decware or the Woo would do nicely, I'm sure. I like the Decware because it is so adjustable.
