I bought my 325's last year, and have been driving them through my AVA
Super PAS 3i preamp. At first I was asking myself, why did I do this? Bass was very limited, mids and treble were exceedingly bright... However, I have had SR-60's and SR-225's for 10 years and find them very cost-effective, so I would not give up on the 325's. Finally, after 6 months, guessing 50+ hours, they are coming around wonderfully...
Excellent bass, mids and treble very transparent and detailed, not at all bright but matching my memories of live music.
Painful process but worth it!
