I have both the Vali and the Vahalla2. For a few more bucks (well, $200 or so) the Vahalla is better than the Vali. That said, I've got a GE NOS tube in the Vali, and as Dawnrazor said, it really is a nice headphone amp for the money. The NOS tube takes it up a notch....
