I recently picked up a pair of Sennheiser HD518 for just a bit more $129 as and over the ear open back all around headphone I would say they fit the bill. I had gone to a headphone meeting/event a few weeks back and listened to at least a dozen pairs that fit my price point and what I was looking for. I listened to a few for 2-3 hours total and decided I would be happy with these. They have now broken in for a good 80-90 hours and I have no complaints at all. They make a very good budget pair for Music, Movies & TV. I use my turntable, Music choice time Warner cable, CD's and My computer. Even my shuffle sounds good and they seem to keep improving. I may wait another year before I move into the Denon's I want.
