I would recommend Innerfidelity as Tyll Hertsens is one of the real experts on headphones. However your price constraints limit your choice significantly. You will see this from the reviews.

You could also take a look at the appropriate portable headphone forum on Head-Fi. Again you may find the price levels of the components discussed too costly though:
