I use a MacBook Air and cd player as a source. I have a sony x1600 pmpthat is a great source. Wondering how to properly connect it to my headroom desktop amp. should I be putting the sony to full volume and use the headroom to control output or put the headroom to higher output and control volume from the sony? What is the better method?
