Most people who want to work out with headphones prefer earbuds or IEMs (in-ear-monitors), no? From the list in the link below, my bet for best sounding bluetooth earbuds would be on one of the Phiaton models.

For "on-ear' headphones, my bet would be on the Sennheiser Momentums...
