V-Moda M100Audio Technica ATH-M50Sennheiser MomentumI have three recommendations; The V-Moda Crossfade 100's, Audio Technica ATH-M50, and the Sennheiser Momentum over ear.
I own these (and a few more). All are within your budget and easy to drive.
The V-Moda's are the bass champs of the trio. I wouldn't say they are grossly colored like Beats, far from it. They do the tightest deepest bass I have heard and if you listen to a lot of rock and techno they are a guilty pleasure. They are also customizable and the coolest looking with their industrial design. They are indestructible and run around $260.
The Audio Technica's are well balanced, comfortable, and are the budget champs of the three - about $140 on Amazon.
The Sennheiser's are the overall best of these in my opinion. They are the most balanced, dead nuetral, and light weight. For your musical tastes (classical) they would be my choice at $240 to $270. If however, you have large ears, they could be a tight fit.All have been well received by reviewers, audiophiles, and regular Joe's.
Good luck.
