New Owner - Denon AH-D2000 - Looking for USB/DAC/AMP

I just picked these up on a local Craigslist sale for $100. Sound pretty decent as they are, even playing from the headphone jack on my Lenovo T530.

The stock cables on these are really ratty as far as the way they lay. I ordered material last night to build new cables and some Dynamat for the MarkL mod. I know, I know, less than 6 hours in and I'm already scheduling surgery.

Looking for a USB/DAC/AMP which provides the best bang for the buck in the $150 - $200 price range, but may go up to $300 if the value is that much better. I don't think DSD is going to be very important to me at this time. It's main use will be travelling with me on business 15 days of the month and light use around the house.

I run Windows 7/64 bit with a 256gb SSD and will be playing Flac and AIFF files through jriver Media Jukebox 14.
