I use a little Vox headphone amp, that plugs directly into my Martin electro-acoustic, with Sennheiser HD-600's. Great for practicing without anyone hearing me. Mainly because I suck, and am trying to learn to play.
That said, it works great, is versatile, sounds really nice, and I absolutely love the HD-600'S for any kind of listening.
