When you audition the LCD-2, I recommend concentrating on the high frequencies. You will, no doubt, be impressed by the sub-bass response just as I was. IMHO, the highs are too rolled off and that is one of the main reasons I sold mine. The soundstage or headstage is a little strange as well. But, this is just my opinion. Listen carefully, if you can, at the meet. I would be interested in your impressions of the HE-6, if you have the chance to hear them.
