Tu-879s & Tu-875 - Input caps

Currently running a Tu-879s with a Tu-875, interested to know if the input capacitors on the Tu-879s are redundant in this case and can be removed without bad consequences? As the 0.47uF caps on the pre-amp output (C31,C32) are effectively in line with the 0.1 uF input caps (C1,C2) of the Tu-879s.
