Going from a description of "loud" to "really loud" doesn't give any more of an idea of the cause of the problem.
Please try the possible fixes I listed in my first response (tightening RCA connection, swapping tubes, etc) and if that doesn't work, post again with a clearer description of the noise, such as hum, popping, etc.
