To dlb945 THANKS for taking the time to respond. I will keep your suggestions in mind. Nice preamp you have. I have a Citaion I which I have not used in years I want to fire up and hope its ok. Like to match the two together. Had it for years and loved it. Got started up messing with this ST 70 when I was thinking about getting my old 'big system' together to give to my son. This Dynaco I had but never got to use (long story). Not a tech which is that hinders me a lot. Just found out the amp had a wrong type rectifier tube. Geeze... Trying to get things together becuse I have to do a lot of cleaning out of stuff due to health and living arrangements. Trying to push on. Thank you again I do appreciate it. I would like to have the amp checked out but don't know where.
