Hi John, I'm a longtime subscriber to Stereophile for over 30+ years. I didn't receive the May2017 issue by mid April so I wrote to Customer Service and they advised that they couldn't do anything until the month ended. (why, I do not know) On May2, I again contacted Customer Service and received a reply from Audrey Edwins who said she would get a May issue right out to me. As of today, May19th, still no May issue.

Needless to say, I am quite annoyed a 30+ year subscriber is treated this way. If possible, can you kindly work your magic to get me the May issue asap? Thank you!
