Teresa Goodwin and Positive Feedback

Spelling and grammatical errors notwithstanding, why do they keep her around? At least they could bother trying to edit the grammar in her ramblings. Then again, they rarely bother to do that with any of their writers.

Her latest attempt was very comical. A sample:

"I am no longer practicing music or format promiscuity but am becoming more selective in what I want to listen to. Starting five years ago my tastes have been narrowing, until I woke up one day in early May of this year, 2012 and poof I didn't like classical music anymore. This after it being my favorite style of music for 38 years. I don't understand what happened. It's almost as if my classical gene was turned off overnight and I can't turn it back on."

Does anyone take this seriously? Even her boss?

And her rantings against the seedee format are really ridiculous. If she ever attempted to listen to 16/44 on a decent playback system, she might not find it so "unenjoyable". Infinity, Yamaha, and Adcom are the culprits, not the format. Vinyl is my primary choice for serious listening, but digital has come a long way in the past 15 or so years. Some of it is pretty darn good these days.

Mr. Robinson, are you that desperate for content?

Off my soapbox now....
