At Listener we were required to keep any component we purchased directly from a manufacturer or US importer for a minimum of one year, and then it could not be sold for more than the purchase price. I think Stereophile and TAS have similar policies. Writers have been dismissed for violating the policies.In my case I still own almost everything I ever bought at accomodation.
