Re: Charles Hanson and the MX-Rs

I find far too many audio designers - and engineers of all types, for that matter - entirely too commited to simply refining older methods and techniques. The idea, of course, is "well, it's worked well all of these years". I simply found it remarkable that Mr. Hanson took it upon himself to purposely challenge what was apparently a deeply held belief, something not terribly common, in my opinion.
