but I would like to believe that most disagreements and misunderstandings between intelligent adults can be solved by calm and respectful communication, without resorting to airing of dirty laundry. Whenever a discussion descends into name calling, both parties inevitably end up looking bad, irrespective of who was actually at fault. Regarding the last point, I also believe in the adage that there are three sides to every story: yours, mine and the truth. Resolution is more easily achieved when both parties are humble and willing to acknowledge that perhaps they too made some errors. Making an honest effort to see things from the other party's vantage point always helps.Larry
