No, I figured you were embarrassed enough. Have you figured out that one cannot prove two things to be the same yet?

"Actually it can to a given point of certanty. And the accepted level of certanty by science is 95%. Good enough for science, good enough for me."

The 95% criterion is a common standard applied to the alternate hypothesis, that the things compared are audibly different. I have given you the URL for a very clear article on the ABX site which explains this, as well URLs or links to other relevant articles on the net.
