Placed an order, sent three emails after a month of waiting. No replies. Called the credit card company to put a "hold" on my payment after stating that I would do so if I did not hear back. Got an email about two weeks later from Kyoto-electro saying the order had shipped. Got it a few days later and called my credit card company to restore payment. Not worth the hassle.
