I saw a pair of firebirds last year and noticed the white rectangular item on the full range and wondered what it was. So that is a resistor soldered onto the + and - of the driver? never saw that on any speaker before ,but then again yours are not any speaker LOL!
have to appologise im not very technical, what is the value of the resistor and what does that value do to the driver, you say it flattens the impedence, what does that mean?
Sorry for the questions but would like to know the csience behind your design, im facinated by these. Hpoe you dont mind
