I found Audiophilleo USB/SPDIF converter to be a great match with my AN Dac Kit 2.1B.

Much better than the Hiface and better than the Hiface2; more 3D, more air, more focused imaging ,more natural tones and hues, and just that little extra timbre and colour to make the instruments sound real.
Also more musical, 'liquid and flowing' although Hiface2 had just little bit more bass energy making it 'jumpier'.
