Hi! C2 is the same as C4 which are the smoothing caps for the DC filament supplies. If you notice change using different caps in this place something is wrong with the power supply.
It's a much better idea to change C5 for an oil cap like an ASC x386 or ASC Blue Line. 10uF are sufficient.
