Hi All
I have a DAC 1.1 kit, which I have upgraded to BGs, AN-V cable, V-Caps, Mullard NOS tube.
I am thinking of changing ALL the resistors (12 off) on the output board for Audio Note Tantalums.
Is this a good idea? Or is it best to put them in select positions, and spend the savings on replacing some Diodes on the digi board? Or maybe resistors on the power board?
Any insight would be great guys.
BTW I love the sound with my Audio Note M3 and 300b Conquests or with my Stax system. This would be a MORE OF THE SAME tweak I hope, as apposed to radically changing the sound signature of the DAC.
