What you say about going "up" in AN level may very well be true, but that was not my query.The "master chef" and "matching" issues do make sense, but do they make a "SIG." difference in the sound between the SAME speakers(you can get very close to the same AN built spkr. at certain levels - (wire,xover,voice coils,silver/copper,speaker,etc).
I am hoping for more direct listening opinions between AN built and kit built.Maybe i am asking too much since there are not that many dealers out there.
btw, except for wire,i basically do have an all AN system --- AN cd2 > AN kit1 300b amp > AN kit03HE spkr. ---- sounds great to me !!
