Yep, I can well see that...beyond my skill level, which is (heh...)pretty low. Forgot to mention that placing the unit on #2 Vibrapods definitely got rid of a certain background busy-ness; made for an inkier, blacker background. This is the FIRST time I've heard an improvement from those dubious devices, so it'll stay on 'em for now.
The stock thick rubber footers are fortunately easily removable since they're just bolted to the ventilated chassis, so I may replace 'em with cones at some point...I tend to think draining the vibration out as the best approach with a component that makes a lot of its own vibration from its power supply such as this one does.
