found the sonic signature almost identical. However, several of us listened to the two (I owned the Model 10) and all liked both. The Model 10 just did everything a little bit better and was quieter. I've heard the 201s briefly and liked them but was not able to compare them with the 10 which I sold when I was able to purchase some tube amps-AudioPrism Debuts-which I'd wanted for a long time. The Debuts sound even better but again have the same sonic signature as the 10. Still I love the tubes although my partner said:"But don't you have to change the tubes?"Listening to music under sunny Seattle skies, Gill
