According to Korsun, the RRM models all use premium caps (Nover, etc...), and power transistors and have some slight design differences. But I doubt that this justifies the 700% markup, or effects the quality of sound reproduction to any degree that would justify such an abhorid increase in price for essentially the same component. The internal shots available on the Korsun website look to be of well built components. There is a lot of well made good sounding audio coming out of china as well as a lot of crap. Its tough to know whats what, with the lack of honest reveiws available. It would be nice to see a USA hosted website dedicated exclusivley to the review of China made audio gear. I am going to take a calculated risk and buy one of the (V8i) 120v versions from the folks at www.nysound.com - Once I get it and give it the run of the course, I'll submit a thorough review, and take pics of the inside of the actual unit to verify once and for all the differences between the Korsun / RRM versions of the Affirmation / V8i.

But in the meantime, if there are any Korsun V8i owners out there already, please let us know what you think of the unit.
