Please, always buy from a US retailer where you have quick and relatively inexpensive resolution of any reliability issue and not sites like aliexpress. I made that mistake with what I've now found out, through personal experience, to be a very poorly run company, Shanling. Looks like I now have a $1300 boat anchor after about one month of use.
Fortunately, they are the exception and not the rule. I've also had reliability issues with products from HumminGuru and Gustard. In both cases, the customer support was exceptional.
