is this a Line Fuse?
"The T12A designation indicates a time-delay (slow-blow) fuse"
you can play it safe if you have both a fast and slow-blow by putting in the fast blow first and see if it blows or how long it lasts until you find out the correct fuse. If it blows right away then put in the slow blow and see what happens.
Slow blow's are usually used for turn on surges and eventually over a lot of time they weaken and Blow
