The RCA jacks are the inputs to the amp. The speaker connections are the flat spade connections. As Tre mentioned, it looks like it's been modified. The RCAs are newer vintage. The terminal strip needs to have a look underneath. It could be right on the front and left in the back. Having 3 connections could be the negative or common and the other two for 4 or 8 ohms.
It wouldn't hurt to add modern speaker binding posts once you figure it out.
