As you are one of the person I respect here in AA, please provide a feedback later on regarding what you think about the preamp. It does not mean to post it here publicly if you do not want to, a PM will do.
Just a reminder, make sure current at R4 is at least 10mA for both L an R so as to meet the profile (amount of H2) as intended by Mr. Pass when he designed the circuit.
