OK ... not trying to shade you, but here's a quote from the page you read several times:
"while retaining all the user friendliness of the previous model such as automatic tube biasing"
aka cathode biasing ... you don't manually bias the tubes, voltage is set with resistor values as Blackdog explained. if it needs servicing, well ..
if you own one you should have the manual, if you're buying one it should be included ... those are rather pricey even used
so if you don't mind answering, why are you asking about it?
